How Event Planning Works
- aka how to enjoy your event-
An expert event coordinator will start by meeting with you face to face or skype/facetime for an event concept meeting to make sure we are the perfect match. We strongly feel it is important to have personalities match to make the event planning experience a success.
Your party planner will look at pictures you find and show off a some of our own. Your ideas are our inspiration. If you are completely blank, we have hundreds of notes of themes and ideas we are dreaming to execute so don't worry about not having ideas. Sometimes our event planners may go a little crazy to get creativity kicking but we will reel it in to make sure you get the perfect party.
We will create a budget spreadsheet allocating funds to specific areas based on what is important to you. Then your party planner will begin gathering handpicked resources to make your dream come true. We will select event resources customized to your event guidelines and budget.
You may choose to have our special event coordinators do all the legwork or you may wish to be hands on and meet your special event professionals face to face. Let us know what works best for you.
The night of the party, you will be a guest. Your special event manager will coordinate the vendors serving as the point person so you won't be innundated by vendors asking you questions. We will manage every detail including timeline, guests needs, seating arrangements, distributing payments or whatever needs arise. Our goal is for our clients to enjoy their events.
